Musselburgh, Dunedin 9013

We are looking to sublet this fully furnished, self contained Musselburgh flat, which is attached to the main house but with its own private entrance via a common mudroom. The rent will be $400, including internet, but not including electricity and gas. The tenancy is currently signed until September 2027, with the possibility to extend, and we are ideally looking for a long-term arrangement.

The flat has been freshly repainted, with new carpets and new curtains, and sits on a quiet street receiving plenty of natural light. Off-street uncovered parking is also available.

While the separation of the flat and main house will allow independent living, we will all be on the same rental agreement, and so references will be required for submission to the landlord for final approval. Please note that the landlord has prohibited anyone who smokes.

About us: We are both passionate health care practitioners who have been living in Dunedin since the beginning of the year. We enjoy being out in nature and between us, our hobbies include ice skating, rowing, running, cycling, pottery and board gaming (extending to Call of Cthulhu and a love for Blood on the Clocktower). We are not party people, although may occasionally host board game nights. We also enjoy watching ice hockey during the NHL season, and will occasionally go watch the Dunedin Thunder at the Ice Stadium in St Clare.
