Sunny medium sized room with a large built in wardrobe. Comfortably fits a double bed with some furniture either side.

The house is a relatively new build with good insulation, two toilets, and a modern bathroom. Decent sized kitchen, double garage, small outdoor space. Shared driveway with plenty of on-street parking. Comfortable open-plan living area with a large sofa and TV. Upstairs there is my room and an extra smaller room, which is currently used as a home office.

The location is fantastic, all kinds of groceries, takeout, car services, library, shopping etc are within walking distance. The bus stop to go into town is just around the corner.

I am a 29 year old guy, and work full time as a software engineer. I like to keep active, and I have a mix of both indoor and outdoor hobbies. I’m open to having some flat social time, but I also have my own life. Happy to split meals or do our own things. Looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful. Would prefer someone of a similar age who is either a working professional or mature student. No pets, sorry.
