Hey! I’m looking for one awesome new flatmate to join our lovely townhouse in Newlands.
The house is in an ideal spot, up on the hill so we get full day sun in the living & courtyard areas. A great place to sit & have your morning coffee.
I am looking for someone who is easygoing, friendly, considerate and house proud. Keen for the occasional games night or flat dinner, but also respect each other’s space. Bonus if you love a game of Pictionary or Articulate! I have a bit of a green thumb too so great if you’re mindful about the environment & recycling!
You’ll be sharing with me (Amber, 36, in sales), my wee tabby cat Honey, kitten Willow + Rebecca, 28 who is a lawyer.
The Room:
- Rent $245pw + $15pw, which includes wifi, cleaning products, laundry products, council bags, toilet paper + some other kitchen staples. Power is additional
- Large room, fits a queen/king + a chest of drawers or desk
- Built-in double-door wardrobe
- Gets lovely all day sun & has external door to balcony
- Sharing main bathroom with 1 other flatmate
The House:
- Double glazed, warm & sunny
- On a quiet no-exit street
- 3 min drive to motorway
- 15 min walk to Johnsonville train station
- 3 min walk to the #1 bus stop (quick ride into the city)
- Mt Kaukau is a 5 min drive away for some fresh air and great views – ideal for a quick sunset mission.
