Furnished sleepout for rent in Hillmorton. Ideally looking for a female who is working full-time or studying.

The sleepout is double glazed, fully insulated and has a heat pump/air conditioning. It comes furnished with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, jug and toaster.

Bathroom, kitchen and laundry are shared with our family in the main house, and you’re more than welcome to share the living room with us too. The house has been newly renovated and is around 90% complete, with just a few minor finishing touches still underway.

We’re in a really handy location, very close to the new The Acres Halswell shopping complex, walking distance to Nga Puna Wai Sports Hub, and only a short walk to the bus stops on Halswell Road.

We’re a family with two primary-school-aged children, so we’re looking for someone responsible, tidy and respectful who will be comfortable living alongside a family.

$250 per week including power and internet.

2 females, 1 male and 2 primary school aged children. 2 cats, one being an indoor ragdoll who loves cuddles!
