The house is in a fantastic location in Mt Eden, a beautiful and leafy suburb with easy access to everything. We’re just a short walk from Mt Eden Village, with plenty of cafés, bars and shops nearby, and Woolworths is only 10 minutes away on foot.

There’s also a direct bus to the CBD and Auckland Uni, taking around 15 minutes, with the bus stop less than a 2-minute walk from the house. The area is also close to local walks, the Mt Eden trail and plenty of nightlife options.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with lots of natural light. All bedrooms are unfurnished, although some furniture, including beds, drawers and desks, may be available to purchase from the current flatmates. Parking is available both on the street and in the driveway.

I’m a 26-year-old Italian osteopath and currently live in the house. I enjoy getting outdoors, having quiet evenings, and occasionally going out for a drink or dinner. I like to keep the flat positive, relaxed and social, while also respecting everyone’s personal space and downtime.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who would enjoy being part of a relaxed and easy-going home.

We also have a regular feline visitor named Meow Meow, who likes to stop by the flat from time to time (photo attached)!
