I have a fully furnished room available in my home in Matua, Tauranga, with new bed, bedding pillows, smart tv, fitted wardrobes, storage space, bedside table and lamp.

The room is in a quiet, comfortable and welcoming home and would suit someone looking for a peaceful place to live and study rather than a busy flatting environment. There is just myself and a small sausage dog living here! :) The location is very convenient, with a dairy, café and bus route directly opposite the property, and the waterfront only a five-minute walk away.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy, professional respectful female who would enjoy living in a relaxed home environment. Must be in full time employment, and have references. Longer-term arrangement would be preferred. Strictly no smoking. No drinking household. Thanks
