The room gets near all day sun, so warms very nicely in these cold months. A Heat pump upstairs also helps keeps the bedrooms cozy.
The bathroom is shared, although you’ll have it to yourself for the next 4–6 months.
The rent is $225 per week + bills. The home is smoke and drug-free, and unfortunately no pets.
