A sunny, modern double bedroom with excellent natural light and plenty of space. The room is unfurnished, so you can bring your own bedding and personal furnishings. It comfortably fits a double or queen-size mattress.

🚿 Your Own Private Bathroom

One of the best features of the room — your own private bathroom for your exclusive use, including your own toilet and shower. There are three toilets in total throughout the house, so there is no morning rush. You would be responsible for keeping your private bathroom clean and tidy.

This is a warm, modern and well-maintained family home with: Underfloor heating Fully equipped and furnished kitchen Large Smart TV with a good sound system 3-in-1 entertainment/dining table — great for games, meals or relaxing Comfortable shared living and dining areas A friendly, clean and respectful household

We’re not a party house, but we enjoy good food, the occasional movie night and relaxed catch-ups. At the same time, everyone has their own space and privacy.

We’re looking for someone who is: A working professional or mature/full-time student Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces Reliable with rent and household responsibilities Independent and comfortable with a relaxed home environment Looking for a longer-term home (ideally 6–12 months or longer)

We’re happy to have someone who enjoys a chat and the occasional shared meal, but we also value a peaceful home and respect for everyone’s privacy.

No couples, no smokers, and no additional pets. We already have a friendly resident cat 🐈 who is part of the household.

💰 Costs Power: Shared between the three occupants based on the monthly bill Move-in cost: $750 (1 week’s rent + 2 weeks’ bond)
