Secured entrance with a tag to enter building. Own bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Washer dryer dishwasher available. Right next to bus stop, 10 min walk from CBD. Double glazed and quite warm.

Apologies in advance, but there is no direct parking included. The rent will be semi negotiated to figure out the situation with power/internet
