A comfortable, fully furnished room is available in our new-build townhouse in Te Atatū Peninsula. We have recently moved in and are looking for a respectful person to share our new home. The room includes your own private bathroom, study desk, Wi-Fi, power and water.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, laundry and shared living areas. The home is quiet, clean and welcoming, with a bus stop nearby and easy connections to Auckland CBD and Unitec.

No dedicated parking is available; however, street parking can be found in the surrounding neighbourhood. Any parking arrangements will be the tenant’s responsibility. The area is safe and family-friendly.

We’re looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate female postgraduate/PhD student, researcher or quiet professional.

International students are very welcome.

We are a friendly family with a 2-year-old son and a friendly dog, and we are happy to share the occasional meal while respecting your privacy.
