Large room available in sunny Wadestown

Sadly moving from this lovely 1920s manor. This house has been amazing to live in and has so much character!

The room is large for very cheap (for Wellington standards) and comes with huge windows that gets lots of afternoon sun. Also comes with a medium sized wardrobe.

You’ll be living with 5 others, all a mix of yo pros and students. They are all very respectful & keep to themselves. Power and Internet is split equally

This house comes with a Large kitchen with a gas stove, two large fridge/freezers and large walk in pantry. Large laundry room and a beautiful back garden that is cared for by the landlord. This house also comes with off-street parking.

This house is located 5 min from throndon New world, bus stop is right outside.

Room is mostly unfurnished, aside from a tallboy dresser and a clothes rack that I will leave.

Rent - $273/pw Bond - $1066

Available around the middle of September, although I am flexible with the right person.

Viewings can be arranged from the 6th.
