HI Everyone

I’ve got a few rooms becoming available at my place from 24 September and I’m looking for some good people to share the house with.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, which have their own lounge, bathroom, laundry and separate entrance. There’s also off-street parking right beside the downstairs entrance. I’ll be putting a kitchen in downstairs as well in the near future, so it’ll become a pretty independent setup.

There is also 1 bedroom available upstairs, sharing the house with myself. The upstairs room would suit someone looking for something a bit more short term.

Rent is $265 per week, per room, which includes power, internet and water. Food isn’t included.

Rooms can be furnished if needed.

Available: 24 September No pets, no smoking.
