About the room

HI Everyone

I’ve got a a room becoming available at my place from 26 September.

1 bedroom available upstairs, sharing the house with myself and a family who live downstairs. The upstairs room would suit someone looking for something a bit more short term.

Rent is $250 per week, which includes power, internet and water. Food isn’t included.

The room will not be furnished unfortunately but could sort something out if needed.

Available: 26 September No pets, no smoking.
