I’ve just purchased a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with a gorgeous view of the Kelburn hill and ample living space, in an excellent central location - perfect for mature uni students, young professionals, and anyone in between!

Two rooms available:

• 1x Double Bedroom, $270/pw
• 1x Double Bedroom Ensuite, $320/pw

Power and internet will be shared equally or according to fair use. (Expect around $35 per week) Open to couples (+$50 per week)

Both rooms have built in wardrobes and great natural lighting. If you don’t have your own furniture, I can sort out a queen bed, mattress, and a desk/chair.

The goal is to create a comfortable flat vibe where everybody feels welcome to hang out in the living room and watch movies, play board games, or share the occasional meal, but are still respectful with our own private spaces upstairs for peace and quiet.

Available from the 9th of October onwards. Looking for someone able to join as close to that date as possible, because damn the mortgage sucks 😂 Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. No smokers please :)

For now, it’s just me. I’m a 30 year old systems analyst working in the housing sector. My hobbies are either being a total couch potato and getting way too invested in movies and games, or wandering somewhere in the wilderness on a tramp or mountaineering! I’m looking for fellow sporty nerds that are a halfway point between being introverted and extroverted :)
