About the room

Very unique location just behind the Pakuranga golf course. Very quiet respectful complex. This is a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished, on the second floor. I live by myself so there’s a room available. Internet power water, there’s a washing machine, dryer as well. No pet, prefer non smoker. Only a one minute from botany highland Park and 2 minutes away from Pakuranga mall. The parking will be on the side of the road. Very very quiet complex good for people need quiet environment.

I live by myself in the apartment but this is part of a massive complex but very safe no party everyone in the complex are very respectful they are all business owners and hard working people
