About the room

Hey! I am moving out of my lovely flat in November, I am open to negotiating move in dates. The flat is located in a apartment complex on Rintoul street.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectful to fill my room.

The room is quite spacious, Currently I have a King Single in it but it would definitely fit a bigger bed. It is completely unfurnished. The room has a pretty big closet, and a window perfect for afternoon sun.
