  • The Room: Large bedroom. Perfect size for a couple. It will be unfurnished but can discuss if need furniture.
  • The House: Fully renovated in 2021 with 5 bedrooms in total.

Requirements & Terms

  • House Rules: No pets. No smoking or vaping.
  • Tenant Requirement: We are looking for extremely reliable tenants. A background check will be required.
  • Minimum Stay: 3-month minimum stay, with a 4-week notice period for termination afterwards.

About the roomies

Currently, the house is only shared with one couple in their 30s, and they only stay here on weekends sometimes. Please note that other flatmates may move in gradually in the future as rooms are rented out but it will take some time.
