About the room

Older woman owner occupier with 2 cats in residence….near City centre/Claudelands Event. Home is double glazed/insulated .Room has heating and ceiling fan, smart Tv, King single bed. Flatmate has own bathroom with shower and bath; own fridge and cupboard for their food (only extra cost are food and personal grooming). Quiet area with bus stop and shops of all sorts close.

Prefer short term: Minimum 1 week Maximum 6 months(approx). Working adult person (sorry I can’t accommodate any other animals). Flatmate to provide and cook own food….the area is quiet. House has security but parking only on street. Flatmate is responsible for the cleaning of their room and their bathroom and, of course, to pay their rent,
