Tucked into a quiet corner of Cashmere, this little tiny home is a genuine treat — 29m², beautifully finished, and built to stay cosy through winter thanks to insulated panel construction and double glazing throughout. Pull up the bar stool at the bench or settle into the chair on your own deck and watch the city lights come on through two mature olive trees — it’s a lovely spot to unwind.

The bathroom has a sink and a gas-heated shower, and you’ll just pop next door to the main house for the toilet — the only thing you’ll need to sort yourself is your own laundry. There’s also a lockable, waterproof storage unit tucked under the deck for all your extra gear, and power is separately metered so you only ever pay for what you actually use.

We are a couple in our 50’s and have lived at the property for 23 years. we are easy going and live a quiet life… we do however have a DOG, super friendly ‘Golden Sammy’ we have her 4 days a week (share with our son).
