Due to unforseen circumstances I am now back to still searching for a second flatmate Looking for a friendly, reliable and honest individual to share my warm 3-bedroom home in Kennington with a physio and a Milk tester.

🛏️ Double room – $240/week

Rooms are furnished with a full-length mirror and tallboy. Each room has its own security keypad for privacy.

Rent includes power, security, Starlink, TV, utilities, and household necessities. 2 person Spa included.

Flatemates buy their own shampoos and soaps, groceries and laundry powder.

Relaxed, tidy home shared with my Jack Russell, cat, and horses on the property, so must be comfortable around animals.

Looking for a clean, respectful individual who pay rent on time and treat the house like home. I work shifts, so happy to keep things quiet if you’re also a shift worker. Must have own vehicle.
