We’re looking for a new flatmate or couple. Couples particularly welcome!

Located on Worcester Street, City Central.

You’ll have a private bedroom and separate study on the second floor. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, has a wardrobe and gets afternoon sun. The study also has a wardrobe and extra built-in storage. Both rooms are unfurnished.

$240/week single | $280/week couple ($140 each)

Bills are separate and usually around $60 per person/month. 12-month tenancy and 4 weeks’ bond required. Washing machine buy-in required.

The modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is approximately 115m², with double glazing, insulation and a heat pump. The kitchen has all your standards and a microwave and air fryer, with a dryer also provided. Shared living areas are furnished.

There is a gated off-street car park directly outside the house, rotated between flatmates each week, and street parking is generally easy.

Great central location, about a 10-minute walk to the CBD, Central Library, cafes, bars and other amenities. Bus stops for the 5, 7 and 60 are about 3 minutes away, with an easy ~30-minute bus trip to UC. Currently we’re a mixed flat, in their early–mid 20s, both working full-time. We enjoy watching movies, playing board games and hanging out while we make dinner, but it’s not a party house. Students and workers welcome, and overnight guests are fine.

Move in would be September/early October but this is flexible.
