About the room
We have a sunny, unfurnished bedroom becoming available in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac in a great area of Kamo West.
The room is a good size with a wardrobe and gets plenty of natural sunlight. There’s also lots of off-road parking, so finding a park won’t be an issue.
💰 $250 PER WEEK - INCLUDING: ✔️ Your own bedroom ✔️ Power ✔️ Wi-Fi
An additional household cost is gas, which is split evenly between the 4 people in the house and charged roughly once a month.
There is also a $10/week shared household essentials fee, which covers things we all use around the house such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cooking oil and other shared essentials.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with one other boarder, a girl in her 20s who works at the hospital.
The rest of the household is myself and my partner, also in our early 20s, plus our little sausage dog 🐶❤️
We’re a quiet, relaxed household and definitely not a party house. We enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people we live with, but we also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.
As it is our first home, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate, and who is happy being part of a relaxed and comfortable home. Ideally someone in their 20s and must be working.
