This is a great sunny home, in Mount Victoria, with lovely views over the city. House is furnished, and close to everything - being less than 5 mins walk from Courtney Place, the supermarket, up to Mount Vic or a few more mins to Oriental Parade.

Looking for relaxed, easy going and housetrained humans who will treat this home as a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of life and must be protected at all costs. Living with 2 chill gals (1 in their 30’s, 2nd early 40’s) old who adore their own space and independence but also around for a glass of red and a catch up when the time calls. Ideally looking for anyone in their 30’s and up, full time work and isn’t looking for a weekly rave sesh…absolutely LQBTQ friendly!! Reach out with a little bio and we can go from there 🙂
