We have the entire downstairs level of our family home available immediately and are looking for a clean, respectful and friendly single person or couple to make it their own.

The downstairs area is very private with its own separate entrance. My daughters and I live upstairs and use a different entrance, so you would have your own space without needing to share our main living areas.

We’re in a lovely, quiet residential area close to public transport, supermarkets, local shops and beaches, and conveniently located near Macleans College (please note the property is not in the Macleans College zone).

🐶 We also have a small, very friendly Cavoodle who lives upstairs with us. He’s part of the family, so ideally we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs.
