About the room

We’re looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate in their 20s for a room in our 3 bedroom house in Glenfield.

The room is approx 2.8 x 3.5m with a built-in wardrobe and comes unfurnished. There’s one off-street park, a separate toilet, and the house is tucked away up a long driveway just off Chivalry Road. Close to Glenfield Mall, bus stops, and motorway access.

$230/week + $25 utilities

Bond: $460 + 1 week in advance

No couples or additional pets.

If you’re interested, flick me a message with a little about yourself, your work and what you’re looking for in a flat 😊

About the roomies

I’m 23, work full-time and am pretty easygoing. I enjoy beach walks, good coffee and a good TV series. My two little dogs, Annie and Lucy, will be moving up around Christmas, so being comfortable with dogs is a must.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
