About the room
The house is in great condition and is well set up as can be seen in the pics. It has a ventilation system and there is a heat pump in the main living area. Unlimited fibre internet - Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a good size double wardrobe and a ranch slider which opens onto the deck which overlooks the lawns. This would suit someone wanting a clean, quiet, relaxed and peaceful place to live. House is furnished. The room can be unfurnished or furnished. I can supply a bed and desk (as pictured). Supermarket, Onerahi shops and bus stop are close by. Airport and CBD/town basin short drive. Power, water and internet would be an extra $45/wk. Buy your own food and toiletries. A bond of 2 weeks rent and 1 week in advance as a move in cost. I usually do the lawns but I am very open to hiring a cleaner to clean the common areas.
