The bedroom has a good size double wardrobe and a ranch slider which opens onto the deck which overlooks the lawns. It gets the morning sun. The room is semi-furnished with a bed and large desk (see pics) but can be unfurnished. All good if you have your own bedroom furn. The house is ‘Healthy homes’ compliant. It has a DVS ventilation system and there is a heat pump in the main living area making a comfortable living environment. The area is alive with native birdlife.

Fast and unlimited fibre internet - Wi-Fi is included.

Supermarket, Doctors, Chemist, Onerahi shops and bus stop are walking distance. Airport and CBD/town basin are a short drive.

Power, water and internet is included - fair use policy. Buy your own food etc.

1 existing flatmate I’m a relaxed male 55+ Engineer. I am friendly, enjoy reading, music, a good laugh, nice food and some PC gaming. I am quiet, respectful, am a non smoker and very rarely drink. I keep to myself mostly but am also sociable. I like to maintain a tidy and clean environment at home and would want my potential ‘Roomie’ to have a similar view and wanting a clean, quiet, relaxed and peaceful place to live. .
