This room is the only one on the second floor of the unit. It has the easiest access to the open lounge/kitchen/dining as it’s also upstairs! Moreover, we do have a balcony if you want some fresh air sometimes + it’s where we usually put our washing out to dry. The set bathroom for this upstairs room is not within the room, however, is right next to it! So technically, an ensuite :) All 3 rooms of the flat have their own bathrooms (3bed, bath!) so everyone has their own bathroom for us :) Of course, when guests are over, we let them use the corresponding bathrooms :D

The flat is located just around the corner of Sydenham Shops and McDonald’s Sydenham. Whilst next to the busy Colombo St, our street is generally quiet and peaceful - with plenty of on-street parking! We’ve lived in this flat for almost half a decade and have had no issues with parking our cars on the street at all.

You will potentially live with me (bio F/non-binary, 27) and my partner (M, 29) as we’re sharing the largest room of the unit/flat. We have 2 young adult cats called Dua (grey tabby cat, 6yo) and Lea (spotted tabby, 4yo). Also, we got one 90L fish tank with small fishies :)
