We’re looking to fill our flatmate’s room in a 3bdrm, 2 bath house. Looking to fill the room asap until January 17th, with the option to renew the lease. The flat is furnished but the room will come unfurnished. Great location, walkable to the CBD as well as Sydenham shops. Bus stop 100 meters from flat.
