Calton Hill house with good views over the harbour and (mostly) all day sun. 8 mins by car to city centre/university, 20-ish mins by bus. Bus stop just outside and Caversham shops. Sunny deck, furnished lounge & well-equipped kitchen, overall cosy home with heat pump and (to be installed) wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. House has central ventilation system to disperse hot air. Not a party house, but certainly looking for people who are friendly and happy to be sociable. The house has a cat, but unfortunately cannot have any more pets at the moment. Garden is a good size if currently a bit over-grown - I’m working through that! Bond is 4 weeks rent, under a flatmate agreement. Utilities (power/wifi) and household supplies are shared and separate to rent. Utilities are usually ~30/week

You’ll be living with three other people, females from 17 to mid-20s. I’ll be an honours student at university next year, and the cat is mine. The other flatmates are a Master’s student and someone. We get along well, will happily chat in the kitchen, but let each other get on with it when busy.
