Sunny room for rent in 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom flat in Central Dunedin!

Room is available from October 3rd with the lease ending in Jan 2027 although likely able to renew, could accommodate an earlier move in for the right person.

The flat is super modern and well-insulated. The bedroom is large enough to fit a queen bed and all the essentials, lots of afternoon sun ☀️ The room will be unfurnished.

About a 20min walk/5min drive to the octagon, 15min walk/2min drive to the nearest supermarket, 3min walk to nearest bus stop.

About the roomies

There will be three others all aged 25-26 and full-time working professionals. Everyone is super lovely and respectful of others space, as well as keen for a chat when others are around. We typically just keep the flat clean and all help out with chores when we can, always usually just clean up after using the kitchen.
