Large sunny double room, King size bed, desk, TV, ensuite and plenty of storage, external access to the room and private deck. Large 4bdm family home, situated down a long private driveway, fully fenced and bordered by lovely friendly but private neighbours.
Bus stops at either end of the street and walking distance to a good choice of supermarket, dairy, butcher, hairdressers, bakeries, library, pools and pubs!

A solo mum with shared custody of 2 fantastic primary school aged kids who are respectful and fun. The space is very private from the rest of the house, but I am more than keen to welcome the right person into our home to share the space and socialise. I work full time, partially from home, and when the kids are not here I spend plenty of time outdoors or at the gym or catching up with friends and family.
When at home we are very chilled and do not have too many visitors bar my Mum who loves a good family dinner on a Sunday avo, but otherwise the house is very relaxed and fun.
