We’ve got an upcoming available room in our modern, spacious, fully furnished & equipped Hillmorton home starting November 5th (earlier move in preferred!):

• Fully equipped laundry room with chest freezer.
• Sunny outdoor garden with fruit trees and massive planter box.
• Located in a safe, quiet family neighbourhood cul-de-sac with very little noise and plenty of on street parking.
• 5 mins walk from bus stop and 15 minute bike ride to Uni or Westfield.
• Super fast internet! Utilities cost approx ~$30/week on high end.

The room is available on a lease takeover/change of tenant, so the property manager will require background/reference checks :) No couples or pets, sorry!

You’ll be sharing with two easygoing female flatmates (primary ed. teacher and law student) who appreciate a relaxed, clean and considerate home, and who are intending to stay on lease for next year. Hoping to find somebody who enjoys their own space (as we’re very busy) but is always keen for a casual yarn!
