Our big 1920’s character flat in Eden Terrace has just been freshly renovated and comfortably houses us all with 7 rooms in the house. At one stage this house was split into two seperate flats but is now back as one large house but the facilities are all still here. This means there are three seperate toilets, two seperate showers 2 Fridges, along with the bathroom/laundry and a double kitchen setup. The area is a great city fringe suburb to live in with the bustle of K’rd just a few hundred meters away boasting cafe’s, bars, live music, this is a great place to be if you want an easy walk to UoA, AUT, hospital.

The house has an external security system that we all have access to with an app so you can see when your uber eats driver is at the door or even check the weather without having to get out of bed and pull the curtains. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard utensils plus cake mixer, coffee machine, blender etc etc 2 full size fridge/freezers and a bar fridge so plenty of room.
