The House: This is a brand new home so awaiting on finalisation of purchase and sale, but is due to be available from approx. mid-late September.
Shared living, kitchen and laundry space. There are 4 toilets and 3 showers total. Bright rooms with wardrobe.
Rooms available: Option 1: Double room $300 per week Option 2: Master bedroom with En Suite + Walk In Closet $350 per week
The bills (water/ electricity/ internet) is all inclusive in the flat fee. However, during months where the bills are higher than usual, the difference will be split between flatmates.
