The location is super convenient, with a bus stop literally 1 minute walk up the road. The 52 and 58 buses run every 10–15 minutes, getting you into town in like 10–15 minutes. You’re also only 2 minutes drive from Newlands shops like New World.

You’d be living with 3 other girls in an independent flat. Everyone’s pretty independent but we look out for each other.

The room is bright with big windows, heaps of natural light and airflow, and a built in wardrobe. It can also be furnished at no cost with a bed, bedside tables, drawers, and a study desk.

There’s a gorgeous open plan living area, nice outdoor space, and a modern kitchen with gas cooktop. Loads of storage throughout.

You’d be joining 3 other girls who are all independent and focused on their own thing, but in the best way. Everyone respects each other’s space and schedule, which makes it super chilled. That said, we’re genuinely caring about each other too. We check in on how people are doing, look out for one another, and there’s a really nice supportive vibe in the flat. It’s the perfect balance of having your own space when you need it and having people around who actually care.
