About the room

Attention all travellers, surfers and beach lovers: I have a single room to rent for a solo person short term for $250 a week in South New Brighton in Christchurch.

The property is 7 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the nearest cafe. The price of the room includes wifi and power and is suitable for a 4 to 8 week rental only. The ideal person would be interested in nature, music and is independent (preferably working). This room is ideal for backpackers needing somewhere to stop. Move in costs are 2 weeks bond plus one week in advance. If you’re interested, send me a PM.
