This cosy downstairs area has its own separate entrance and includes three rooms—all exclusively yours. Two are bedrooms, while the smaller third room would make a lovely private lounge, home office or storage space.

🍳 You’ll share our large kitchen and bathroom facilities upstairs. The house has two toilets: one separate toilet and another inside the main bathroom.

👋 A little about us

You’ll be sharing the property with my husband and me. I’m Taiwanese and work as a waitress, while my husband is a Kiwi and works as a chef. We both work in hospitality, so we understand the importance of being friendly, respectful and considerate of others.

We’re an easy-going and welcoming couple who enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home. We respect people’s privacy and will give you your own space, but we’re always happy to have a friendly chat.
