3-bedroom house located in Fairy Springs, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and close to bus stops.

The available bedroom has been freshly renovated and can come furnished or unfurnished. The house has a shared bathroom setup, with the shower, toilet and vanity/bath area all separate from each other.

There is also off-street parking.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. We enjoy a relaxed household with the odd social night, but it’s not a party house.
