About the room

5 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Avondale. Close to Lynnmall shops, motorway on/offramps with a bus stop at the end of the street.

Rent is for a single room and is $250 per week. Bond is two weeks rent.

4 existing flatmates, all working professionals in various fields. We are between 32-43 years old.

We have all the appliances you need, you only need bedroom furniture.

Ideal flatmate is currently working full time and is neat and tidy.

Please provide at least one reference from your most recent residence.

About the roomies
