Hi all!

This ad is for an apartment based at 176 Broadway Newmarket. I’m looking for a new flatmate as mine is moving onto the next chapter in life to get married! I am a 39 year old Kiwi Malaysian Male and I work as an Insurance Broker so I travel quite often for work. I will be residing in one room and the second is the one for rent.

The cost for this property is $350 per week including utilities - this is calculated based on historical usage of utilities and current market rate determined by the Property Manager. I generally handle all the admin related work e.g. cleaning products, communication with the Property Manager, apartment issues. It doesn’t include a carpark so just bear that in mind but you can privately organise one for $35-$55 a week with other tenants in the building which is always advertised in the mailroom.

You have your own room and en-suite (toilet/bathroom), everything is fully furnished (bed/table/chair/whiteware/closet).

I’m looking for a like minded individual who is also a young professional but I am open minded! I’m quite a sociable person but I am happy to cater to you and am respectful of your space. I’m a gym junkie myself so I’m either at the gym hitting weights or out catching up with friends!
