The property is close to Sylvia Park, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Public transport is convenient, with easy access to bus routes and Sylvia Park train station.

The room has access to the upstairs toilet, which you can use privately. The shower/bath area is shared. Rent includes unlimited internet, electricity, water, washing machine use once a week, and access to the shared kitchen and living areas. We keep our home clean, quiet and welcoming and are looking for someone who will respect the family environment and shared spaces
