Location: Fairy Springs, Rotorua – quiet street, close to public transport, supermarket, and a short drive to town.

Room 1 – $240/week Located within the main house. Fully furnished with, side tables, lamps, chest of drawers, and a brand new bed.

Room 2 – $240/week Large private room situated at the rear of the property with covered access to the main house. Furnishing include chest of drawers, bookshelf, side table and lamp, fan, and heater. A bed can be arranged for the right person if required.

Off street parking and limited garage storage available (suitable for bikes or small items). The house has recently undergone some renovations and is freshly painted and carpeted throughout. All shared spaces are fully furnished. Netflix, free high-speed Wi-Fi, heat pump.

Current flatmates are two easy going full-time working professionals in their early 30s. We are seeking 2 flatmates who are working full time, sociable. tidy, reliable and enjoy contributing positively to a friendly and warm household.

Electricity costs are shared equally (approximately $15-$20/week). The property is not suitable for children or pets. Move in costs: 2 weeks’ rent (for bond) and 1 week’s rent in advance.

Current flatmates are two friendly, full-time working professionals in their early 30s. Both are non-smokers who enjoy an active lifestyle, including gym, walks, and getting outdoors. The house has a relaxed and positive atmosphere, and we value cleanliness, mutual respect, and consideration for one another. We enjoy a good balance of being social while also respecting personal space, making it an easy and comfortable place to call home.
