A cosy whare in Kingston, family neighbourhood with a driveway hidden from the street & only a 2min walk from the bus stop that takes you into town or to Newtown (every 10mins! So good). On a nice day, the house gets all day sun & warms up a treat. Single bathroom w a bathtub & shower, laundry machines, sunny lounge & cute kitchen. Your room will be unfurnished and can fit a double bed, has a closet and overhead storage. Current housemate is moving out at the end of October. We have a small garden shed for extra storage space. Really cute garden that I love to do yoga in.
*The landlords have said that a cat could be allowed, upon discussion (there is a cat-flap installed).
