Hey!! One room will be available for rent in Central Dunedin. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving to Auckland for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

It’s a lovely, sunny unit with sea views, plenty of natural light, and a really cosy feel. The available room is a good-sized double and there’s a bed available if you’d like one. The double glazing and thermal curtains also make a big difference in keeping the place warm and comfortable through winter.

The unit is in a quiet spot with friendly neighbours, street parking, and town just a short walk away. It’s a small complex of only six units and is currently getting a bit of a refresh, with the outside being repainted and some updates underway.

Rent: $270/week (Negotiable) Bond: $1080 Electricity & internet bills are not included and are shared separately.

Move-in date: Around late September or early October — exact date to be confirmed.

The current agreement runs until late December, with the possibility of renewing afterward.

You’ll have your own private room, with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. You’d be living with one other flatmate who is tidy, easygoing, and respectful of having a nice home. I’m hoping to find someone who is considerate, reliable, and will enjoy the space as much as I have. A student or working professional would be ideal.
