4 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. I’m looking for one flatmate or a couple to join our household in this three-storey new build in New Lynn!

Household Members: The townhouse has 4 bedrooms in total. I’m the owner, a female working professional in my late thirties currently living in the house. The other two occupied rooms are taken by one male student and one female student. We are all easy-going and respectful.

The room: One bedroom available on ground floor with a separate private entrance. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, a working desk and a large built-in wardrobe.

This room is suitable for singles or a couple. Please note the room is relatively compact, so it’s perfect for people with a simple lifestyle and minimal belongings.

There’s plenty of free street parking right outside the house for residents and guests.

Shared Facilities: Fully equipped shared kitchen and living area, including gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge and washing machine for shared use.

The area:

• 8 mins walk to bus stop & New Lynn Train Station
• 15 min walk / 5 min drive to Lynnmall shopping centre, multiple supermarkets, Les Mills Gym (only 500 metres away) and other fitness facilities
• Safe, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood
• A wide range of trendy cafes and restaurants within walking distance

Rent: $200 per week for single / $280 per week for couple + shared expenses

Expenses included: Average $25-$30 a week per person, covering reasonable usage of power, gas and water, as well as unlimited fibre internet(bills are sent through beginning of next month).

House rules:

• Smoking is allowed only outdoors
• We have a lovely miniature Bichon Frise in the house. We are looking for someone who is animal-friendly and comfortable living with a small dog
