I have 2 decently sized rooms available for rent in my 3 bedroom property.

One room comes with a single bed including linen (if required) but you would need to bring your own drawers and other furnishings. The second available room is completely empty.

There is a garage that you can use for storage or to park, also has a basement attached to it with a separate door and entrance. Could be used as a workshop as there is lighting and power in both garage and basement.

The house is up a quiet dead end street, we have a lovely view of the ocean and Mana Island. Whitireia Park, bus stops and shops are close by.

I am a single 30 year old woman who works from home, I am a quiet person who has lived in the Wellington Region my entire life.

I have a cat, so if you are allergic or something rather then we probably won’t be a good fit for you sorry!

We currently don’t have anyone staying with us but would consider 2 roomies as we have 2 extra bedrooms.
