The two rooms available are identical in size, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. Both have walk in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms and queen sized beds. The rest of the house consists of a spacious lounge, kitchen, utility room and another small bathroom. The house is at the back of a 2 house gated area, with plenty of space for parking. Central Christchurch is a 15 minute walk away, grocery store (a new world) is roughly a 20 minute walk, and there are plenty of other places near us like a local pub and cafe 2 minutes away. Rent is $1080 total per week ($270 per tenant) plus power bills.

Us current tenants are both 22, and are working holiday visa holders from the UK. We met at university in Nottingham and took the leap of moving to New Zealand after graduation. We are very social bubbly people, we love going to the pub, having drinks and dinner out, but also love cozy nights in with films and games. Josh is very active and outdoorsy and loves going on hikes and to the gym, whereas I’m more of a homebody and enjoy my own space just as much as spending time everyone.
