You’d have the entire upstairs area to yourself, including: 🛏️ Two private bedrooms (One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom) 🛁 Your own bathroom (located next to the living area - will be shared only with guests) 🏠 Your own private upstairs space 🏋️ gym in the garage (bench press, squat rack, cable machines, dumbbells etc - basic setup) 🌊 Great Red Beach location $335 per week + shared expenses (power, internet, water)

The house has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and reliable.

Having two bedrooms gives you plenty of flexibility — use one as a bedroom and the other as an office, hobby room, storage, or whatever works for you.
