The room is a good-sized double bedroom with heaps of natural sunlight during the day and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. The house is in a great spot in Newtown, close to shops, cafés, supermarkets and public transport, and it’s an easy trip into the city.

Bond is $400 and rent is $175 a week, with bills split between the four of us each month (usually around $55–68) and the lease ends on the 7th of Feb 2027. The room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own! The house has a really relaxed and comfortable vibe and would suit a student or young professional looking for a place that feels like home.

You’d be living with three other flatmates — one guy and two girls. They’re all pretty easygoing, friendly and respectful, and everyone does their own thing while still being social and having a chat around the house.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to get along with. We’re definitely not a super strict or formal flat, so you’ll feel welcome and can settle in pretty easily!
