About the room

Two rooms are available for rent in a spacious, sunny four-bedroom house:

Double room: NZD 180 per week (simgle occupant) Single room: NZD 150 per week (single occupant) In double room if a couple wants to rent it will be NZD 250 per week Utility bills are additional.

Both rooms include a bed, mattress, and built-in wardrobe. The house offers plenty of outdoor seating, multiple parking spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils available for shared use.

The bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet for tenants use only. (Owners have separate bathroom)

You’ll be sharing the house with a friendly couple and their daughter. We are full-time working professionals and are looking for clean, tidy, and respectful flatmates.
