Spacious room with a double wardrobe, furnished with a single bed and drawers, if you’d like. Very sunny and you get your own air con. The room is upstairs, and comes with its own bathroom (not an ensuite but it is directly next to the room). Large shared living space downstairs with a fully kitted-out kitchen. The pictures are from before we moved in, so the furniture is not the same as what it has now. Will update the bedroom photo in the next couple of days.

There are three of us, Damo and Tati, a couple, and Mathew, all in our early to mid thirties. We are all neurodivergent and big nerds. We enjoy watching anime and gaming together, as well as cooking and discovering new local eats. We do like our own time as well. We also have two cats, they are indoor only cats. We would be open to flatmates with their own cat, as long as they are an indoor cat also. None of us drink alcohol, smoke, or vape, however medicinal cannabis is vaped indoors. We want a flatmate who also values open communication, who will be good with the cats, and could share flat meals with us.
